The Global Cio | Digital Experts IT community recognized Rostelecom's printing service with the best project 2020 in the nomination "Services and Outsourcing". To participate in the Rostelecom competition, introduced an automated solution that combines printing control functions and continuously remote online monitoring of printers. The uniqueness of the service was noted by the leaders of the digital transformation of Russian enterprises among 306 projects from the company-applicants who submitted applications for the project of the year 2020.

To organize the work of the Print Service, no additional software and modules are required, which allows customers to use any printing equipment. The Rostelecom print service is designed for permanent control of more than 25 most important equipment indicators, such as the status of the device, the condition of cartridges and consumables, the level of paper in trays, various meters and magazines of equipment events. The service management is carried out by users through a mobile application for iOS database and included in the Unified Domestic Software Registry.
