The inhabitants of Nizhny Tagil periodically complain about the emergency service of Vodokanal-NT LLC: it comes to wait for days and even weeks, and in some cases the problem remains unresolved. At the end of last week, the Mayor Vladislav Pinaev held a meeting with representatives of Vodokanal-NT and management companies, the press service of the city reports.
The director of Vodokanal-NT LLC Vyacheslav Taran noted that the situation with the drainage in the lower Tagil is complex, but controlled. Currently, the number of emergency elimination applications increased at times.
Among the problematic issues, which noted the participants of the meeting were the most acute speed of execution of work on the application of management companies and residents, as well as the lack of interaction between "Vodokanal-NT" and the Criminal Code in terms of control of the work performed. Partly, the existing problem Vyacheslav Taran explained by the lack of specialists, and their big workload. In addition, he noted that the tenants themselves exploit the sewer network with impairment, which lead to blocking wastewater and flooding collectors and basements of residential buildings.
During the discussion, problems were proposed a number of measures to improve the situation. For example, each management company is recommended to hold an explanatory work on the operation of water disposal systems. Over the next month, it was decided to organize advisory meetings of Vodokanal specialists and management companies to establish a clear interaction. In addition, the experience of other enterprises for the introduction of information technologies will be considered for timely response to each emergency and monitoring of the execution of applications in online mode.
