The implementation of the strategy of qualitative changes is planned in two stages. By 2026, it is necessary to bring the quality of iron ore raw materials to the level of the world's best standards, increasing the production of pellets, hot-chilled and straightening iron (GBJ / PVA), expand its presence in the niche markets of steel products.

By 2032, the task of strengthening leading positions in the production of high-quality iron ore, metallized and steel products using "green" technologies should be solved.

In the Ural Steel, the strategy will continue to implement a comprehensive development program aimed at growing efficiency of the enterprise and an increase in production flexibility, the development of new steel grades.

In addition to the modernization of DP-2 and DP-3, the construction of a new pumping for them and the modernization of EPCs with the introduction of unique FMF technology, projects of an important environmental orientation are planned - the reconstruction of aspiration systems of the Agloceha and Gazocheries EPCs.

Director of Industrial Safety, Labor and Environmental Protection, Alexander Dyakonov recalled that safe and comfortable working conditions remain the key production priorities of Metalloinvest. 2021 announced the year of production security.

The main mechanic of the Ivan Karagodin was told about large-scale work as part of the transformation of repair services. The purpose of the program is to increase the technical readiness of the equipment, optimization of service standards, increasing the productivity of repair personnel, stock optimization. It is planned to implement the intended actions due to improving the reliability of equipment, productivity and repair efficiency. The expected economic effect of the introduction of a new approach is 4.6 billion rubles.

Director of Human Resources Alexander Kucherov noted that the interests of employees and residents of cities and the regions of presence remain unconditional priority for Metalloinvest. In particular, the shareholders of the company raises a promising task - increased wages to the level of the best standards in the mining and metallurgical industry.

On March 1, another increase in wages to employees of the company's enterprises took place. Metalloinvest allocated about 1.9 billion rubles for this, taking into account social insurance deductions. The main part of the funds is aimed at ensuring the guaranteed increase in wages by 4%, and the remaining 1% fund - to increase the amount of existing payments.

Alexander Kucherov said that last year Metalloinvest increased employee incomes twice, in March and October. In total, over the past three years, the growth of average monthly wages in the company, depending on the enterprise amounted to 32-35%.
