Yesterday, on the official website of the mayor's office in the "Public Discussions" section, announcements were published on the draft amendment of changes to the master plan of Vladivostok and the draft amendments to land use rules and development on the territory of the Vladivostok urban district. These activities will be held from March 31 to April 30, and from April 1, public discussions will begin on the draft amendment documentation for the planning of the territory, approved by the decision of the city administration of Vladivostok from 09/15/2014 No. 8494 "On approval of the territory planning documentation in the Bay of Patrole Vladivostok. "

Public discussion participants may be:
- Citizens permanently residing in relation to which the project was prepared (only with a marking in the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation on permanent registration - i.e. with local registration);
- The copyright holders in the boundaries of this territory of land plots and (or) the objects of capital construction located on them;
- Right holders of premises, which are part of the specified capital construction facilities.
Participants in public discussion in identification purposes present information about themselves (surname, name, patronymic (if available), date of birth, address of the place of residence (registration) - for individuals; Name, main state registration number, location and address - for legal entities ) With the application of documents confirming such information.
The copyright holders of land plots, capital construction and premises are of information, respectively, about such facilities from the Unified State Register of Real Estate and other documents that establish or certifying their rights.
Public discussion participants who did not submit the above information, or submitted unreliable information, are not subject to identification (registration) as participants in public discussion. Documents must be applied to the scanned form.
The results of the discussions will be published on 21.04.2021 in the same section of the site of the administration - "Public Discussions". Public discussion is carried out in the manner prescribed by the decision of the Primorsky Territory administration of 25.08.2015 No. 303-Pa.
