20 large families from Tula filed a collective suit to the Central District Court to the city administration.

After the official publication of the lists of land plots, local governments are developed and provides a set of measures to ensure land plots formed for individual housing construction, engineering infrastructure facilities in the manner determined by the regulatory legal act of the local government body.
Currently, in the territory of the municipality, the city of Tula by the Government of the Tula region has formed 7 sites for the provision of land plots to preferential categories of citizens for individual housing construction.
