These mounds are elongated in one chain from the south to the north and northern mounds 3 and 4 are destroyed. On the edge of the mounds 4 and 3 there is an earthen quarry, and part of the embankment is already damaged during the development of this career, "said the employee of the Institute of Archeology named after Akh. Magulan Erlan Kazizov, KazTAG agency on Wednesday.
He noted that at the moment the damaged part of the Kurgan is trying to float the construction garbage.
"The quarry is 50 meters away from 70 meters and 7-8 meters deep. At the moment, this quarry is already falling asleep. There is a neighborhood building nearby. And the technique from somewhere from the area goes and falls asleep this quarry. At one time, they needed either the sand, or the Earth, and now they hide, probably their "place of crime" and actively fall asleep with its construction garbage. During our visit, we just photographed the technique, which came there and poured the construction garbage, "the scientist said.
According to Kazizova, the mounds were made to the arch of the monuments back in 2016.
"They were not studied at all. In 2016, at the request of Akimat, the colleagues followed the examination. By law, any land, which is done, passes archaeological examination. We revealed four Kurgan, determined the security zone, all the information about these monuments we provided in Akimat. In the same year, these mounds were listed in the arch of Almaty monuments. These monuments have passports, they must be protected. But, unfortunately, whether the development of a career was launched on an evil intent on this territory, "he added.
As Journalist Olga Gumirov told, reporting on social networks, the mounds are 200 meters from the Akimat of the Nauryzbay district of Almaty. At the same time, the porch of akimat is perfectly visible in the mounds of heavy equipment.
Both archaeologists and KazTAG agency appealed to Almaty Akimat for clarification. The answer has not yet been received.
