Irkutsk Region, 16.01.21 (IA Teleinform), - The Governor of the Irkutsk Region Igor Kobzyev discussed with an authorized Kuznets Children's Children's Rights of Children in the region.
They reviewed, in particular, issues related to the hot nutrition of schoolchildren. On the instructions of the head of Priangarya by September 1, 2021, conditions should be created in all schools in the region to provide free hot healthy nutrition for elementary pupils. Since the beginning of this school year, students grades 1-4 have already received such nutrition, but 32 school areas have not yet have a positive examination. Hot food here is bridal or prepared in fitted rooms.
- In the budget of the Irkutsk region, for 2021, almost 189 million rubles are provided for the modernization of school canteens and geographics. The update will occur in these 32 schools and in 36 educational organizations where there is such a need. Compliance with sanitary standards pay special attention, attracting parents for this, and Igor Kobzyev stressed.
Speaking about the problems of disabled children, the governor noted that their number decreases in the Irkutsk region.
- However, there is a very serious passage of travel for children with disabilities and accompanying their faces to the place of treatment and back. Now the airfare is paid through the social insurance fund only to children with impairment of the musculoskeletal system. In other cases, to the leading federal clinics, it is necessary to get only on railway transport or at their own expense by plane. It is very hard and for the children with disabilities themselves, and those who accompany them. For several years, the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child in the Irkutsk region appeals to the Russian government and asks to expand the list of diseases in which children will be able to get to the place of treatment by plane, "said the head of Priangarya.
Anna Kuznetsova and Igor Kobzev also discussed the problems of orphans and children left without parental care. In particular, it was about providing this category of population housing. From 2020, in the Irkutsk region, children-orphans are allocated for finished apartments or homes, but also certificates for their acquisition. 127 people have already bought housing with their help.
It is planned that at the end of February, the Irkutsk region will visit the Irkutsk Region and will hold a meeting on child safety.
