Ingredients:

  • dough:
  • Wheat flour - 500 gr.
  • Warm water - 360 ml.
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml.
  • Yeast dry - 5 gr.
  • Sugar Sand - 6 grams.
  • Salt - 5 gr.
  • filling:
  • Red Fish Fillet (I have a quiet) - 1 kg
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Rice circular - 80 gr.
  • Water boiling water - 170 gr.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt - 3 chopping
  • black pepper
  • dill
  • parsley - at will
  • Green bow - at will

Cooking method:

Sift in a deep bowl of flour, add yeast, salt and sugar.

Mix and make in the center of the well, we pour warm water.

We mix the dough, gradually adding vegetable oil.

The dough is very gentle and elastic.

The dough is ready, cover it with a lid or a towel and give it to rise, so that it has increased by 2 times, it takes 1.5-2 hours.

When the dough is raised, once again by ignion the dough, cover it and give it once again to rise within 30 minutes.

Preparing filling.

Grind fish fillet on meat grinder.

Boil rice.

Cook the eggs screwed.

After that, heat vegetable oil in a pan, fry the onions disturbed by a small cube, until goldenness.

Then add fish mince, slightly salt and fry until readiness (but do not overpow the fish !!!).

Remove from the stove, we give a little cool (10 minutes).

Add rice, medium cube sliced ​​eggs.

Optionally, add dill, green onions and parsley.

Solim and Pepper to taste.

Mix.

Stuffing is ready.

We start forming pies.

Generously sprinkle the table with flour.

We divide the dough on 3 equal parts.

Every part with your hands kneading in a cake and put a filling in the middle.

Very important! The filling should be as much as you have taken, maybe more, but no less !!!

We collect the dough into a kind of bag.

Put on the baking sheet laid out by a silicone rug or parchment.

In the center of the cake we make a hole and top add the pie into a thin cake.

We ship into the oven, heated to 250 degrees (heating top-bottom).

We bake 10-15 minutes until the cake is wrapped.

Get the cake from the oven and generously lubricate it with butter.
