Not all of them publicly declared nomination, but have obvious political ambitions. Vtimes collected their top figures that the authorities would not want to see in parliament.
Yulia Galyamin
What is known? The current deputy of the Timiryazevsky district of Moscow, is actively engaged in the problems of the Northern Administrative District of the capital: fighting for the parks, a separate collection of waste, against point development. Galyamin was running from the Apple party to the State Duma in 2016, and in 2019 he highlighted in the Moscow City Duma - then, together with a number of other independent candidates, it was denied due to the marriages of signatures. Galyamin became one of the leaders of summer protests in the capital.How to pursue? In 2019, Galyamin was arrested three times: first for 10 days, then - on August 6, right at the exit from the insulator for 15 days across another protocol for the same rally. For the third time, the policy was also arrested on the day of liberation on August 21 - for 10 days per post on Facebook on the promotion of August 3.
In January 2020, the Galyan was fired from MSU and HSE, where she taught journalism and philology for many years. According to the deputy, in both cases its political activity has become the reason.
In July 2020, a criminal case was opened against Yulia Galyanovina under Art. 212.1 of the Criminal Code ("repeated violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picketing"). The prosecution against it was formed by the administrative protocols, compiled at it during the summer protests, as well as the campaign on July 15, 2020 - then the deputy made one of the organizers of the collection of signatures against the adoption of amendments to the Constitution. During the court, Galyamin directly stated that her criminal prosecution is connected with the desire of the authorities to prevent her from participating in the elections to the State Duma.
In December, the Tver District Court of Moscow recognized the Galyanin guilty, sentenced it to two years conditionally with a trial period of two years, last week the Moscow City Court confirmed this sentence.
An example with a galyana became indicative: all opposition policies participate in protests and several administrative protocols risk becoming a criminal "Dadinskaya article", which will close them in the State Duma.
On March 13, Galyamin was detained on the United Democrats Municipal Deputies forum. On some of them, protocols on cooperation with an unwanted organization were considered "open Russia", which supported the forum. In addition to the Galyan, the former mayor of Yekaterinburg Evgeny Roizman, head of the Krasnoselsky district of Moscow Ilya Yashin, Executive Director of Open Russia, Andrei Pivovarov, Deputy Moscow City Duma Mikhail Timonov, Deputy School of St. Petersburg Maxim Reznik, Ex-Deputy State Duma Dmitry Gudkov and many others, total About 200 people - many of them declared Duma ambitions.
Nikolai Bondarenko
What is known? Deputy of the Saratov Regional Duma, Deputy Chairman of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Communist Party. Bondarenko became famous for the whole country in 2018, when his dispute with the local minister of employment, labor and migration of Natalia Sokolova hit the Internet. Communists demanded an increase in the subsistence minimum at least 500 rubles, the government agreed only by 288 rubles. Bondarenko said that it was impossible to live at such a minimum, and Sokolova promised him to personally draw up the menu, backing up this thesis that "Makarokhi stand everywhere in the same way." Bondarenko called Sokolov for a duel, in which it was necessary to eat a month for 3,500 rubles - so much is given to the subsistence minimum. Bondarenko spent the experiment, but Sokolova refused, because it does not allow "the status of the Minister". As a result, she was fired, and Bondarenko won the status of a people's deputy.
How to pursue? On February 8, Bondarenko detained at the exit of the house and brought to court - he was fined 20,000 rubles. For violation of legislation on rallies. Regarding the policy amounted to a protocol for participating in the procession on January 31, which was held in the center of Saratov in support of the oppositionist Alexei Navalny. Before the start of the action, he himself said that he came at the request of voters to observe the actions of the security forces.
Earlier, the deputy announced that the Election of the State Duma intends to follow the same district as the acting speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin. At the same time, he did not rule out that criminal cases will soon appear against him:
"I look quite soberly at all this situation. I, like any other communist and revolutionar, always appreciate your chances. The more actions, the stronger the opposition. Now we see how closed Navalny. On the scale of the available Internet resources, I already have improper criminal articles. We all heard a statement by Vice-Governor Igor Ivanovich Biveovarova that they would be accused of capturing the police department, where weapons are kept. He stated this at the last meeting of the Duma, he said in the same place that the investigators should be engaged in me. It can be quite a signal: "Either pay the speed, or try on the camera," the communist told reporters.
On February 9, the press service of the regional branch of United Russia, with reference to the decision of the Duma Commission for income, stated that Bondarenko could be criminally responsible for corruption crime for receiving annual income on YouTube. Following the audit, information will be sent to the prosecutor's office.
Sergey Mitrokhin, Ekaterina Enhaalychev
What are known? Mitrochin was a deputy of the State Duma from "Apple" in the first, second and third convening. Later banned from "Apple" in the Central Election Common District in Moscow. Now Mitrokhin is a deputy of the Moscow City Duma. It is widely known among Moscow activists, was one of the 2019 summer protest leaders, hitting a few who achieved signature recognition and won the election.
Enhaalychev - also a deputy of the Moscow City Duma from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, also passed with the support of the "smart vote" of Navalny and acts with critical positions in relation to the city authorities. Earlier was the deputy of the Maryino Municipal Assembly.
How to pursue? Mitrochin and Enhaalychev were detained on March 12 and 13, respectively, on both the protocols were drawn up under the article on the re-violation of the rules for holding rallies for participating in the action of January 23 in support of Navalny. Court of both will be held on March 18. Both policies have repeatedly participated in protests.
Evgeny Domozhirov
What is known? Ex-deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Vologda Region (2011-2012). Head and founder of the regional human rights movement "Together: Freedom, property, responsibility", leading the fight against corruption in municipalities. He also holds its own corruption investigations, which publishes on its website and YouTube Channel, participates in rallies, for this in the media it is called "Vologda Navalny".
How to pursue? After protest rallies on January 23 and 31, the politician was arrested twice - 5 days on January 29 and February 16 for 8 days. He was accused of organizing both rallies in spite of the fact that by the time of the second he was in the special reception. At the same time, he was accused of organizing two rallies in Cherepovets. After leaving the activist, the police was waiting for police officers to bring to Cherepovets, but they gave out only the agenda, since Domozhirov took an ambulance. In regional media, meanwhile, the materials began to publish how the Domozhirov organized rallies, but he himself decided to stay aside: "I chose to go home to my children, to warmly, sending other children to the Revolution Square."
"As soon as the elections, so a new criminal case," the Domozhirov said himself.
In 2011, he was deprived of a deputy mandate after the court on charges of violence against a policeman when he tried to protect him from the security forces of his assistant Anatoly Gryaznov.

In 2016, he intended to participate in the Duma elections from the "Party of Progress" of this Navalny; Then he was accused of slander, insulting the representative of the authorities and extremism after the Domozhirov advanced to the prosecutor of the region and the local entrepreneurship of corruption. In 2019, a criminal case on an accident was opened against Domozhirov, in which his wife suffered. According to the activist, in the dark, he drove into standing without dimensions, accidents and signs of KAMAZ-cleaner, however, the case was not initiated against the driver of Kamaz, but against him. The court recognized him guilty, appointing a year of restriction of freedom, forbid to leave Vologda. Domozhirov himself noted after the sentence announced that the decision was made in order to prevent him from going to rallies, to defend Square on Yaroslavskaya Street in Vologda and participate in other public events.
In February, the police stopped another criminal case against Domozhirov. He was again accused of insulting representatives of the authorities for a video, in which the activist compared the mayor of the city and the governor of the Vologda region with the fascists.
Nadezhda Nodovkina
What is known? Bowlovkin is known since the time of the Democratic Union - the first party of human rights defenders in the USSR. He was engaged in the struggle for the abolition of anti-extremist legislation, fought against the informally known 282 of the Criminal article, formed an "anti-channel committee". In 2017, he was a candidate for senators from Buryatia.
How to pursue? Protected detainees on the rally on January 23, Dmitry Bairova's blogger and pensioner Natalia Filonova. Human rights activist reported a cruel detention of an elderly woman, for which she was accused of slander and spend a predetermined check.
On February 17, the human rights activist was arrested for 10 days on charges of organizing a rally in Buryatia, after which she provided legal assistance to citizens. In connection with the arrest, she declared a dry hunger strike to death for the entire period, but it was hospitalized on the seventh days: according to the police, she asked about it. Bowlovkin denies this information and believes that she wanted to discredit it, so she wrote a written discharge from medical care for the remaining four days of arrest.
Sergey Boyko
What is known? Coordinator of "Society for Protection of the Internet", deputy of the Council of Deputies of Novosibirsk VII convocation, head of the Novosibirsk headquarters of Navalny. In 2017, he was one of the organizers of the rally against increasing housing and utilities tariffs - then the protesters succeeded to cancel the growth of tariffs. In 2018 also organized a rally against pension reform.
How to pursue? On February 22, he was arrested for 28 days on charges of re-violation of the rules for holding a rally, which was held on February 23.
It is worth noting that the supporters of Alexei Navalny in principle go to power "on a special account." The media with reference to the sources in the presidential administration reportedly reported that they would not be admitted to the elections under different pretexts.
Maxim Kukushkin
What is known? Deputy of the Legislative Duma of the Khabarovsk Territory from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, an active participant in protests in support of the arrested ex-governor of Sergey Furgal. In the summer of 2020, Kukushkin put forward a candidate for the governors of the neighboring Jewish Autonomous Region from the regional office of the Communist Party. However, it was not allowed before the elections - the EAO benefit was explained by the fact that the candidate did not provide a complete package of documents.
How to pursue? The Khabarovsk Office of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Communist Party has already excluded Kukushkina (and with him another deputy of Sergei Ilyin) from the party for participating in protests in support of Navalny. For participation in the campaign on January 23, politician was delayed and fined under the article on the re-violation of the rules of organization and participation in the rally by 150,000 rubles.
Oleg Mikhailov
What is known? He directs the Community Faction in the State Council of the Komi Republic. In the Parliament, Mikhailov is known for its criticism of United Russia bills, he did not support the pension reform and amendments to the Constitution. He participated in the elections of the head of the region, but did not pass the municipal filter. He took an active part in protests against the organization of the garbage landing in Schiesa - on the border of the Arkhangelsk region and Komi. The Communist Party has repeatedly performed by the organizer of protest rallies, it was Mikhailov, as the first secretary of the Regional Committee, filed an application. Members of the Communist Party entered the coalition "Stop Scyz" and helped to equip activist camp directly from the Polygon itself.
