Envision announced the start of supplying its "smart" glasses around the world. The device is intended primarily for blind and visually impaired people, it works in conjunction with the Envision AI application and uses artificial intelligence technology to recognize things and people around you.
The glasses are supplied in different versions: There is a version of Envision Glasses glasses with an optical frame of Smith Optics Frame, which can accommodate corrective lenses, but the standard titanium frame has no lenses and weighs only 50 grams. Power points are carried out from a rechargeable battery, which can work up to 6 hours per charge.
The Envision AI platform has a built-in 8 megapixel chamber, which "sees" instead of the user.
