What is needed for cooking

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of chicken legs;

For marinada:

  • 3 tablespoons sour cream;
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise;
  • 1.5 tablespoons of mustard;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • Salt, pepper on the knife tip.

For fill:

  • 200 g champignons;
  • 1 bulb;
  • 1 teaspoon of cream oil;
  • 200 ml of oily cream;
  • 2 teaspoons of corn starch;

Recipe step by step

  1. Wash chicken legs, remove all unnecessary. You can remove the skin, but not necessarily - it is tastier with it.
