"Probably, many industry experts expected that in 2020, the Russian information security market would grow. Moreover, at the beginning of the year, the expectations were at a level of 15% and even 30%. All counts occur simply enough - we are associated with partners, colleagues, competitors, we evaluate their growth, we share our own, count the average numbers. As a result, in 2020 we received 25% of growth, "said the Deputy General Director of Positive Technologies.
According to Boris Simis, such indicators are caused by quite understandable reasons. First of all, the theme of cybersecurity has become extremely relevant in society due to the increase in the number of cyber throats, hackers.
