This year, 15 films are represented in the Program of the Main Competition. The artistic director of the Carlo Tatrian festival notices: "This contest is less rich in quantitatively, but very carved in content and style."
Among the contestants - a new tape of the South Korean director Hon San Su, whose previous work "Woman who escaped" a year ago, received in Berlin "Silver Bear" for the best director. Also, in the main competition, a new film Celine Xyamma was presented, whose picture "Portrait of a girl in fire" received two prizes of Cannes 2019 (for the best scenario and the "quir-palm branch" for the lighting of the LGBT topics in the cinema).
