Ingredients:

- Minced 500-600 gr.

Cooking method:
1. For chopped meat cubes, cut the chicken fillet, add a finely chopped or chopped bulb, also add 1 egg, 2 tbsp. Starch or flour, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise and spices to taste.
Mix everything and remove into the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Then fry cakes in a frying pan with vegetable oil, without a lid, 15 minutes on a small fire.
2. For rolls, cut the chicken fillet along into 3 parts, be disabled on both sides, salt and pepper and lubricate the sauce (sour cream + chopped clove of garlic), lay the bacon strip in the middle and turn into a roll, fix the toothpicks.
We send to freezing.
Before preparation, we use the rolls in advance and give a little definite at room temperature, and then you can bake in the oven by adding the fill sauce for example.
3. For semi-finished products from minced meat, I missed meat together with onions and garlic.
- Cutlets: mix mince, 1 carrot, egg, clumsy bread, spices and disable the resulting mince.
We form the cutlets, you can cut into flour at will.
Freeze on ordinary packing packages (very good semi-finished products are lagging behind)
- Lazy cabbage rolls: mix mince, chopped cabbage, cooled roaster from onion and carrots, 1 egg, spices to taste. We mix well and disable, form the cabbage and also in the freezing.
- Meatballs: Mix minced meat, rice, 1 egg, spices and form round mells.
Freeze.
4. For pickled chicken legs, hinders and wings will need: salt, pepper, dried garlic, 1 tsp Mida, 1 tsp Mustard in grains, juice and grades of half of a small lemon, 1 tbsp.
We mix everything and lay out in the package for freezing.
We leave to marvel from 30 minutes, and then remove into freezing.
