Astana. March 17. KazTAG - the functions of the central office of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources were expanded in Kazakhstan, the agency correspondent reports.
"In the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan (...): in paragraph 16: in the functions of the central apparatus: add subparagraphs 76-1), 76-2) 76-3), 76-4), 76-5 and 76-6) as follows: "76-1) develops and approves the limiting auction prices for electrical energy produced by energy disposal of waste; 76-2) develops and approves a list of waste not subject to energy recycling; 76-3) develops and approves the requirements for the operation of objects for energy disposal of waste; 76-4) develops and approves the rules for the formation of a list of energy producing organizations using energy disposal of waste; 76-5) develops rules for determining the limiting auction prices for electrical energy produced by energy waste disposal, including the procedure for indexing the auction prices; 76-6) develops and approves a list of energy producing organizations using the energy disposal of waste, "the government decree says.
Subparagraphs 105) and 106) Regulations on the MEGPR were outlined as follows:
"105) approves the rules for stimulating production in the Republic of Kazakhstan environmentally friendly automotive vehicles (corresponding to the environmental class 4 and higher; with electric motors) and their components, as well as self-propelled agricultural machinery, relevant to environmental requirements, specific technical regulations, together with the authorized body in the field of state support of industrial activities;
106) Approves the rules for stimulating production in the Republic of Kazakhstan Cable-conductor products: environmentally friendly (non-combustible and (or) with reduced fire hazard and small smoke and gas division), the waste processed on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in conjunction with the authorized body in the field of state support industrial activity. "
