The Ministry of Construction of the Region started measures to identify contractors for the construction of service housing and apartments for orphans in the Novosibirsk region in 2021. All planned to build 163 residential premises.
"The mechanism of building a home housing has been developed by us, a cost-effective project documentation has been developed, which will be replicated throughout the Novosibirsk region. In 2019, a pilot project was launched - built five 12-apartment houses for 60 apartments. In total, 98 families were provided with everyday housing. Now another direction is joined by this program - providing housing for orphans. In 2021, 150 million rubles will be sent to the construction of official housing from the regional budget, which will allow to build 70 residential premises. Another 148.8 million rubles is allocated for the construction of residential premises for orphans and children left without parental care. It is planned to build 93 apartments for these funds, "said Ivan Schmidt, the Minister of Construction of the Novosibirsk Region.
The Minister noted that in 2021, in the region for the first time, programs for the construction of official housing for certain categories of citizens living and working on the territory of the Novosibirsk Region, and to ensure the housing of orphans. That is, with their implementation, the combined projects of apartment buildings with apartments for official housing will be applied, in which up to 25% of residential premises will be intended for orphans.
Programs are on the control of the Regional Ministry of Construction.
The construction of residential buildings in 2021 will be carried out in 12 districts of the region: Bagansky, Vengerovsky, Orda, Kochnevsky, Krasnoz, Kuybyshevsky, Kyshtovsky, Maslynsky, Suzunsky, Tatar, Chanovsky, Cherepanovsky. When building houses, five different typical projects will be used.
Recall that service housing is provided to citizens who replaced the posts of municipal service, employees of municipal institutions, enterprises and organizations, district authorized in the form of individual apartments or residential buildings.
