Zermatt, one of the most famous ski resorts of Switzerland, is increasingly developing as an all-season resort: in winter skis and snow-covered panoramas of mountains, in the summer of hiking in the surrounding slopes, the practice of yoga and "slowdowns" with nature species, as well as rest on the purest lakes.
One of the key boutique hotels of the resort - Cervo Mountain Resort, which opened in 2009, has recently been expanded and updated on the project of the German Dreimeta Studio under the direction of Armin Fisher and Andrea Kraft Hammersholl.
The hotel, an externally resembling a chalet group, inside was updated in a concise, but recognizable alpine style: warm natural materials and earthy shades, cozy forms, but without traditional, characteristic of the rustic heavyweight. Dreimeta was reconstructed, re-equipped and expanded existing buildings. As a result, the hotel's license plate has expanded on 18 new rooms and suite, and 36 previous rooms have received a new design in one of three concepts: Nomad ("nomad"), Alpinist ("Alpinist") and Huntsman ("Hunter"). For dinner after a long riding or walks in the mountains, the hotel offers a choice of three restaurants. Bazaar offers mostly the vegetarian menu in oriental style, and himself, how can I understand from the name, stylized under the eastern bazaar: bright pillows, numerous ceramic lamps, spicy flavors and all kinds of exotic, however, still retreating on the trendy modern way.
