The main goal of the event, which takes place within the federal project "Sport - the norm of life", which is part of the national project "Demographics" - to find and maintain the best ideas for popularizing mass sports. This is reported by the press service of the governor and the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
From the Nizhny Novgorod region in the competition 4 projects are presented. The project "Football League" Vasily Koptev is aimed at the popularization of mini-football among children who have found themselves in a difficult life situation, pupils of orphanages and other social institutions. The Hover Buggy project Anton Nukolov proposes to organize competitions in the Buggy class on an air cushion, including driving on any surface: water, land, ice, sand. The work of Grigoria Lucinina is focused on popularizing in the Nizhny Novgorod Region Rogaine (tourist orientation) and trailransnigning, attracting young people and retirees to participate in these competitions. The Challenge Club project Andrei Nagin is focused on achieving results by performing a complex of morning gymnastics, physical and mental exercises.
In total, more than 2.6 thousand applications from 85 regions were filed for the competition, of which the members of the Expert Council of the Competition were formed Long List from 200 projects. The focus on the selection of works was paid to such criteria as the uniqueness of the idea, the focus on active development, the interest of the audience.
At the next stage, the Expert Council, which consists of leading managers of Russian sports, the creators of successful startups and well-known athletes will appreciate the projects, will form a short list of participants, and after the protection of works, the participants will take the finalists. The winners will be awarded on April 6, 2021.
The finalists of the competition will receive financial support for the scaling of their project and assistance in creating a successful business plan, and the winner is a million rubles for the development of the project.
Recall, the federal project "Sport - the norm of life" is included in the National Project "Demography", approved as part of the Presidential Decree of Vladimir Putin in 2018. The implementation of the National Project began in 2019. The purpose of the federal project "Sport - the norm of life" is the creation of conditions for all categories and groups of the population for practicing physical culture and sports, mass sports, including the increase in the level of public security of sports, as well as the training of a sports reserve.
