For several months, the Fund must prepare all documents, conduct an examination and design, and towards the end of the year to continue the construction of houses.
LCD "Akvapolis" is located in the village of Lopotovo. The project includes various types of residential real estate - apartment buildings, townhouses, duplexes and cottages. In total, 15 low-rise buildings were to build here. The construction of the complex ceased in 2017, from that time almost 200 people wait for their apartments. The developer "Center for Construction Technologies Hermes" built at home only by 30%, the objects are not connected to communications. Now the project is planned to be completed in 2023.
