The reception of applications for the All-Russian Creative Competition "My Heroes of Big War" began, which is devoted to the memory of all defenders of the Motherland during the Great Patriotic War, the organizers report.
The main goal of the competition is to maintain and convey the memory of the participants of the Great Patriotic War, the exploits and examples of heroism, to reveal together with the schoolchildren of the page of family albums, books and memories, to tell about their relatives whose fate is connected with the war.
The competition was organized by the Oksana Fedorova Foundation in cooperation with the Museum of Victory, Russian Post, Russian State Children's Library and the National Parental Association with the support of the Cinec Center.

For each child, it is important to know your roots - only through the history of the family, through the preservation of the memory of the Pradedov exploits, we can bring up in the growing generation the love of our country, respect for its history and pride in the great victories of the past, "says the Foundation President," Miss Universe " "Oksana Fedorova.The competition is carried out on 6 nominations: individual works in the nominations "Figure" and "Poetry" (age groups 6-10, 11-13, 14-17 years), individual and collective work on the nominations "Video report", "Vocal", "Dance" "," Original genre. " The works of the winners in the nomination "Figure" will be the basis for a series of collectible postcards, which will be printed by the Russian Post with limited edition and are presented at the winners award ceremony.
In each nomination, work is welcome from the history of the family or the native land dedicated to the feats of relatives, great-grandmothers and the great-grandfathers, the history of countrymen, the sons of the regiment, Jung, whose stories reflect the subject of the competition. The jury of the competition will include representatives of culture and art, famous public figures, as well as representatives of the competition organizers.
