He also does not understand the need to create a special vaccination bureau, private companies would have coped much more efficiently. "Vaccination passports for flights to warm countries and the ski resorts would have already been issued," he believes.
This process can never be implemented normally with state centers with their advice, reigns, bureaucrats and ministry mantras. Vaccination can be carried out quickly and efficiently with a consortium from VC4, VCA, ARS, MFD, Basin Hospital, SWAN Lab, Central Laboratory and, possibly, other organizations. They could even take vaccines, for example, in Finland, and start vaccination tomorrow.
The ministry cannot do this, and a well-paid vaccination project bureau is unlikely to do it. Private companies have at their disposal staff, transport and logistics (every day drugs are delivered to all Latvian pharmacies), experience (laboratories are able to take and collect tests on COVID-19 from all over Latvia).
The problem is not in medicine, the problem is in the government and the Ministry of Health, where there are no doctors and where do not listen to doctors. "
