Work on the draft master plan of the city of Novosibirsk is completed - the document is submitted to the Council of Deputies of Novosibirsk, it will be considered at the March session.
According to the Mayor Anatoly Elbow, the Locational Plan is a strategic document that determines the development of Novosibirsk.
- Work on the actualization of the General Plan continued for almost two years. We tried to respond to all comments, reviewed all the offers - there were more than 2.5 thousand. The plan is: to consider the project at the Martov session of the Council of Deputies of the City and to finally accept it. It is impossible to delay, it can negatively affect the construction industry. The General Plan identifies the territory of the prospective development of the city for the next 10 years. We are talking about the renovation of industrial areas, reconstruction of the territories of the private sector and the Old Emergency Fund. These reserves will build about 21.5 million square meters. m new housing. The boundaries of 123 territories with a total area of 637 hectares for integrated development are also identified, "the mayor shared plans.
The General Plan reflects the main directions of the development of the city:
Renovation of the emergency fund and the complex reconstruction of territories with the Old Housing - the creation of a well-established urban environment;
Improvement of the city's transport frame: determined the stratitude of construction and reconstruction of facilities to improve the road situation - these are more than 80 roads and junctions, promising development plans for the subway lines, tram, the creation of transport and transfers;
Construction and reconstruction of social facilities: Plots for the construction of 160 kindergartens, over 100 schools, 70 objects of culture and sports;
Determination of the boundaries of industrial sites in which the preservation of production jobs is envisaged;
ensuring the quality and availability of green zones. In the new version of the General Plan, 265 "green" common areas were enshrined, including those proposed by citizens and deputies. The recreational zone includes more than 27% of the city area.
Recall that the procedure of public hearings on the draft master plan took place from December 26, 2019 to March 24, 2020. As part of the hearings received 2597 sentences from citizens. The draft General Plan was represented by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Government of the NSO, after which it was sent to refine. The finalized document mayor Anatoly Locaeth signed on February 20, 2021 and made an approval of the Council of Deputies of Novosibirsk at the nearest session.
