At the same time, the North Atlantic Alliance "does not recognize the counterproductiveness of the chosen course," underline in the CSTO. We will remind, earlier, the heads of defense departments of the CSTO, the CIS and the SCO jointly made the restoration of confidence and the warning of the arms race in the world by dialogue.
