But Lucid is not the only startup in the US, who wants to "shake" the electric vehicle. A year ago, Fisker showed the prototype of the upcoming Ocean SUV, which may pose a threat to Tesla Model Y.
As part of the partnership with Magna, Fisker is developing a unique "scalable domain controller architecture" called Fi-Pilot, which will support a number of technologies and convenient features, including advanced autonomous systems with "unique features of Fisker functions" and advanced air update functions on the side of the cloud Fisker AI.
The architecture will also use multiple sensors, including a high-resolution radar and high-resolution radar that support the driver's help feature with a high level of autonomy and cybersecurity. The Ocean SUV will be the first model that supports the Fisker Intelligent Pilot technology since the launch that is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022.

Initially, Fisker Ocean will be made in Europe by Magna and will use the modified version of the electric vehicle platform developed by Magna, called FM29. Technical details have not yet been announced, but it is expected that Ocean will use two electric motors and a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 80 kWh, providing mileage from about 400 to 480 km.
