On March 23, the first 20 teachers from the Nizhny Novgorod region, who became the winners of the All-Russian Competition "Childhood Navigators", went to the International Children's Center "Artek".
Recall, the Nizhny Novgorod region became one of the ten pilot regions, where a new rate will be introduced in schools and institutions - "Advisor to the Director for Education and Working with Children's Associations." Candidates for this position were chosen during the "Navigators of Childhood", organized by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation together with the Russian movement of schoolchildren (RDSH).
For seven days, the finalists of the competition will be held in "Artek" training under the program "Educational activities in a general education organization", which includes five corresponding modules. Specialists in the field of education will be able in practice to work out solutions for pedagogy cases, develop communication skills on interaction with the pedagogical team and parents of schoolchildren, study the methods of integration into the educational space of the school of modern forms of working with multi-time groups, including in the directions of Russian schoolchildren's movement (RDSH) .
As previously reported, the All-Russian Competition "Childhood Navigators" was held from January 22 to March 21, 2021 in order to implement the federal project "Patriotic Education of Citizens of the Russian Federation" of the National Project "Education" in accordance with the plans of events of the All-Russian Public-State Children's and Youth Organization " Russian schoolchildren movement "(RDSH) and the" Russian Children's and Youth Center "plan for 2020 and 2021.
Within three months, teachers-organizers, subject teachers, specialists of additional education organizations that have experience in educational organizations participating in projects # RDS, posted a video essay and portfolio about their professional achievements, were tested to determine the level of competences, as well as Participated in online interviews with experts in the field of children's movement of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
