During the pandemic period in Russia, the demand for couriers grew. According to the portal for the Superjob employment, their salary is more than 100 thousand rubles - several times more than many scientists. Economists are confident that such a situation will adversely affect the state, the Russian newspaper reports.

All more couriers earn more couriers in the regions - over 110 thousand rubles, while in Moscow and St. Petersburg, the salary does not exceed 100 thousand rubles.

"110 thousand rubles are ready to pay couriers on their own car in Volgograd, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Rostov-on-Don, Samara and Chelyabinsk," says Superjob.

In the capital, the courier on its own car will receive 100 thousand rubles, and the delivering of the online store - 80-90 thousand rubles. In St. Petersburg, a hiking courier can earn 81-95 thousand rubles, transversors with their own car can claim 70-75 thousand rubles. At the same time, in Vladivostok salaries of couriers in the range from 45 to 90 thousand rubles, and in Volgograd and Voronezh - from 32 to 110 thousand rubles.

In Yekaterinburg, the delivery of goods can be earned 30-110 thousand rubles, in Kazan - 38-110 thousand rubles, in Krasnodar - 40-68 thousand rubles, in Krasnoyarsk, Omsk and Novosibirsk, the work of couriers is estimated from 50 to 110 thousand rubles.

The president and founder of the Superjob recruiting portal Alexey Zakharov notes that the trend has emerged in Russia, when the work of unskilled workers is appreciated higher than workers with education. However, according to him, this phenomenon is temporary and caused by the coronavirus pandemic. He noted that due to the increased demand for the delivery of thousands of migrant workers, they threw heavy work on construction sites and changed it to a simpler option to make money.

Zakharov also informed the publication that now a similar situation is observed in the field of transportation - "There is a war behind the chauffeurs", but this phenomenon is temporary, he is sure. The reason is that the pandemic will end sooner or later, and drones will come to shifts.

"We see that large IT companies, such as Yandex, are already in a step from the introduction of their robots-delimiter and unmanned taxi," said Zakharov. No longer need to learn?

Against the background of high wages of couriers without experience and even the citizenship of the Russian Federation, domestic scientists look in benches. Thus, on the eve of the Senior Researcher, the Novosibirsk Institute of Cytology and Genetics, SB RAS Anastasia Proskurinaced Putin's presidentsladimar about the low salary of scientists. According to her, she gets 25 thousand rubles per month. Proskurina also reported that after the presidential declaration of salaries, scientists, the institute staff proposed to switch to pollen to formally increase salaries.

Anna Bodrov's senior analyst Anna Bodrov is confident that such a difference in salaries of educated people and people without education, demotivates young people to receive knowledge.

"And for the economy and the industrial potential of the country, this will turn into a big problem in the near future," she believes.

Doctor of Economic Sciences HSE Sergei Smirnov is convinced that the demand and high salary of couriers are dictated by the terms of the market economy, there is nothing unnatural about it.

According to Smirnov, even in the USSR, transport drivers earned much more than scientific officers of the initial link and there was nothing reprehensible.

"This is absolutely normal and quite logical process. Even if we all return to the usual rhythm of life, I do not think that the number of couriers will become less less. For companies, this is definitely profitable because the sales market is significantly expanded, "Sirnov concluded.
