On January 27, the Vice-Premieres of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan are planning to meet in Moscow to discuss the construction of transport links in the South Caucasus, RBC told two sources - in the governments of Russia and Armenia. From the Russian side, Alexey Overchuk will take part in the negotiations, with the Armenian - Mger Grigoryan, with the Azerbaijani-Shahin Mustafayev, the Russian diplomatic source passed.
