The City Hall provided a document according to which the building on Seminarskaya Street lost the status of a religious object before the revolution. We are talking about the "Ryazan Seminar Board on the Transfer of the building of the 46th military hospital", document dated 1916.
"The object was reprocessable. The hospital of the status of the religious object was not and could not be. We are now looking for documents how the transfer was carried out who requested this building, or the seminar board itself offered this building under the hospital, since the First World War began, "the representative of the urban administration told the court. It was also noted that the mayor's office requested the relevant documents in the regional archive.
But at the moment there are no documents explaining, under what conditions the building was transmitted in due time - in temporary or continuous use.
The lawyer of the plaintiff stated that the documents submitted did not prove the full refusal of the diocese from the building: "This is not a donation, it is not a failure. There was a war, the building was provided to accommodate the hospital, I suppose temporarily. Of these documents, it is absolutely impossible to see that the building was transferred. If you were finally given, there must be a transfer document. "
According to the representative of the diocese, the sign of the property of religious purpose is the purpose of construction, and in this case the purpose is to place the diocesan classes of the seminary and the student dormitory for the implementation of professional religious education: "The religiousness of the object has been proven repeatedly, the exhaustive list of our evidence has been provided."
The court gave time to find documents proving how the hospital came to the building on the Seminarskaya Street, 6 in 1916.
