"In particular, the problems of transportation of vehicles back to Armenia arose due to the limitations of the intersection of the state border associated with the complex epidemiological situation and its protracted character of quarantine restrictions. Some car owners, also for the reasons for quarantine, could not in a timely manner testing converted cars in accredited laboratories that are not functioning in every region, "the report says.
A number of cars, the main number of owners of which are bona fide buyers, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, are limited to use, in connection with the investigation of criminal cases on "Financial Pyramids" (vehicles are mortgaged property in pawnshops, microcredit organizations).
"Given these problems, the Government of February 27 of this year decided to extend the timing of such vehicles until March 1, 2022 (Government Decision No. 104).
