Based on the data in 2020, the buyers of the TESLA cars in the MNF amounted to a portrait of an average electric vehicle buyer. They reported were surprised. It turned out, these are the most low-income categories of our country's citizens: Large parents; Disabled first and second groups. The tax authorities believed, collided with the "scheme", going to fight with it.

According to the tax inspection, the ownership of the acquired electric vehicles is from one to seven days: "After a short time, the owners, everything as one, made a decision to sell their electrocars, traces of which are lost in Russia. Of course, this is a "scheme". In the near future, the first ten "motorists" will have to justify the tax authorities at the place of residence at least a hint of the opportunity to spend such money. "
For most car buyers from the EU and America, this "scheme" is not a secret for a long time. It works from the beginning of the action of Decree No. 18 "On the compensation of customs duties, taxes." It enshrines a 50 percent reimbursement of customs duties, taxes payable when importing into the territory of Belarus vehicles. It applies to persons with disabilities I or II group, parents (adoptive parents, adolescents) in large families, as well as on parents (adoptive parents, adolescents), guardians (trustees) of disabled children under the age of 18. Obviously, machines when importing into the Republic of Belarus is issued on representatives of these categories of citizens for a small remuneration (up to 500 dollars), and after repair and design, the necessary documents are resold. Information about the fact that the "first buyers" is interested in the tax, did not appear in the media since April 2019 (from the beginning of the decree). And now for some reason they are interested.
