We will remind, at the moment, for one resident of the apartment building, including children, a standard of 33.586 kg is set by weight and 0.169 cubic meters. By volume of TKO per month. For residents of the private sector, these figures are 30.246 kg and 0.190 cubic meters. respectively. For comparison 0.169 cubic meters. It is about 14 buckets. The final payment for export depends on the volume: this standard is multiplied by the tariff for 1 cubic meters. Waste, which is currently for the Riper Regoperator, is 720.16 rubles.

Measures consist of 4 stages: autumn, winter, spring and summer. According to the results of the fall, the members of the Special Commission revealed many violations, some of which were eliminated during winter measurements undergoing. So, to exclude the rubbers, the list of sites included houses with garbage supplies. Also, social activists will monitor that the regulator devastates the containers in the "zero" day: in the fall on some sites on the first day they were clogged. Note that these changes caused fierce disputes of the members of the Commission with representatives of RiFee, which threatened the boycott of measurements.

But other comments were ignored. In particular, they are not excluded from the list of site measurements at the roads, where passing motorists often throw garbage. Also in the "common piggy bank" in large volumes there are tires, cans from oil and other specific waste, which should not fall on the TKO polygon and, accordingly, be taken into account when calculating standards.

In early February, the second appellate court of general jurisdiction of St. Petersburg partially satisfied Tagilchan's lawsuit to REC: existing standards for residents of apartment buildings are recognized unfounded. In turn, the Minister of Construction, Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Sverdlovsk Region Nikolai Smirnov said that this decision would ultimately increase payments for garbage collection, as new measurements show - the inhabitants are growing more than installed in existing standards.
