Now, for example, enterprises will be able to receive extended support: the work of the experts of the Federal Center for Competences (FCC) in the field of the introduction of leaning technologies will last a year instead of six months. This year, pilot participants in the National Project in a new format will be only 35 companies throughout the country. It is good that among them is the Nizhny Novgorod enterprise, "said the Gubernator Gleb Nikitin.He noted that within the framework of extended support, FCC experts will work not only over the optimization of the main production processes. The principles of lean manufacturing are planning to apply in the direction of logistics and reserves that provide processes, as well as in improving the work of technologists.
According to the Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod region Maxim Cherkasov, the criteria for the selection of enterprises with annual support differ from the usual conditions for the participation of companies in the National Project.
"Lower financial threshold for the participation of enterprises in the project - 400 million rubles annual revenue. For companies with extended support, the minimum revenue value is 2 billion rubles. It is important that profile learning the basics of leaning production will be held all employees of the enterprise, including managers. In addition, several workers will receive the status of their own internal coaches for the introduction of the production system and will be able to independently teach colleagues.
