How does SBR work?
☑️ You appeal to VTB CEC with transaction documents
☑️ An employee of the bank will form a SBR contract for the buyer of the property. Transactions with minors, foreign citizens and proxy are not allowed. The contract and receipt will automatically be directed to the buyer on E-mail.

☑️ Parties to the transaction transfer documents to register to Rosreestr. If the M2 electronic receipt service is used (VTB Group) - the results will automatically be downloaded to the CPR.
☑️ SBAP, when successful registration, the transaction automatically translates money to the seller of the property when using the M2 electronic receipt service.
Advantages of SBR:
