From January 21 to 31, a gastronomic fair "from Abkhazia to Kamchatka" will be held in Kirov in DK of Railway workers. National products will present farmers from different parts of the country and neighboring countries. Even the most selective gourmets will find something like something: at the fair there is a large selection of meat delicacies, cheese, caviar, fish and sweets. And all this solely from natural products.

There will be at the fair and more amazing products from the Kuban manufacturers: Pheasant, Koslya, merit rolls with nuts. And the fans of the most unusual combinations will be able to try a refrigerated venison, selected in wine, or a boar in pomegranate juice.
Among the cheeses are solid and soft, weathered and sorted varieties from Adygea and Kuban. They are rich in proteins and trace elements, as made from natural cow, goat and sheep milk. As one of the farmers of the fair, Alexander Abdulaev notes, it is possible to distinguish well-matched cheese on white specks: when the moisture is evaporated, a grain structure and calcium remains.
High-quality and delicious seafood will appear manufacturers from Kamchatka. Caviar, fish and squid from the peninsula absorbed the salty taste of the Pacific Ocean. Among fish delicacies are dried, weakly fat and smoked challenges, salmon, Caucasus, tobulk and pink salmon.
