Farm in Ugra spends more than 150 million rubles annually

In Ugra, more than fifty peasant farms, which are engaged in the development of dairy animal husbandry. On their content more than 10 thousand heads of cattle. The largest farm in the region is located in the Khanty-Mansiysk district. It produces products under the Bogdashka brand.

A quarter of a century ago, in this peasant farming there were only 34 cows and one bull. Today it is already 1,200 goals of harvest cattle of the Holstet breed. 510 of them are daisy, they produce about 9 tons of milk liters daily. On the milking of one cow on average takes 5 minutes. The raw material comes straight into the milk pipeline, filtering passes, and then in the tank of it for processing.

Thanks to modernization, the area of the dairy managed to increase from 340 square meters to 1000. This allowed for example in the cottage cheese shop at once 5 special baths. At the same time, 10 tons of milk are placed in them. It turns out 1.5 tons of cottage cheese, which is cooled in a special refrigerator.

"There is a temperature from 0 to +4, constantly monitored. Cottage cheese should cool because it goes hot, pressed, "said Vladimir Bashmakov, head of the peasant-farm farm.

Previously, it was laid out on packages manually. Now purchased equipment by packing. And at the factory there was a modern oil converter and a dairy product filling machine. In an hour he distinguishes 5 thousand bottles.

Vladimir Bashmakov, head of the peasant farm: "At this time, we spread yogurts on a semi-automatic. These are very big labor costs and distraction of specialists. That is, there are several people and feeding the plug and sticker on another semiautomatic. That is, it will do one equipment and in a shorter time. "

All the products of the peasant farm are marked with a sign "Made in Ugra!". Milk, oil, cottage cheese, sour cream and other fermented milk products deliver to shops, kindergartens and hospitals. And the "Bogdashka" works with federal trading networks.

Such a business in northern latitudes is cost. Therefore, the head of the largest peasant-farm economy of Ugra annually receives the circumferential subsidy on the milk produced. It is about 50 million rubles.

These funds are enough to buy an annual margin of animal feed (42 million) and pay electricity (8 million). But there are other spending. Thus, the packaging costs an enterprise in 12 million, transportation of products and fuel at 19. 28 million goes to the salary of the workers, 14 million rubles are taxes. Another 45 million per year is credit payments with interest.

But the costs of new equipment agricultural producers partially help to refund by the district program "Development of the Family Farm". So, this year, the economy of Bashmakov received 24 million rubles for the implementation of his gasification project. After adding another 18 million credit funds, the farmer stretched out of the Trinity 13 km of the gas pipeline and built a new boiler room. It is fully automated and twice as powerful than the previous one, which worked on the diesel.

"From those costs that we had on liquid fuel in the range of 60% we must have an economic effect. The boiler house gives steam on technology, production is its main task, but also in terms of all the dormitories, household institutions naturally warm. But in the future, technical documentation is now being developed. I think, by February-March we will launch the inner gasification and in every building, the construction will be your boiler, the boilers are already installed, "said Vladimir Bashmakov, head of the peasant farm.

Every year spending the farm becomes only more. The country introduced a mandatory labeling of certain types of dairy products. Now and farmers will have to apply a unique barcode on the packaging and learn to conduct their business on new rules.
