Knight Frank and SMINEX analysts calculated that on the primary real estate market out of 137 business-class projects within walking distance from parks (at a distance of up to 300 meters) only 15. This is 11% of the total.

According to Ekaterina Berezhnov, developers will go along the path of improvement of the internal territories of their LCD, including mini-squares will be broken.

Therefore, often developers in their residential complexes make their own small parks, squares and landscape gardens. And such a landscaping will only gain popularity.
