Irkutsk, 26.01.21 (IA "Teleinform"), - "Park of Entertainment and Rest on the Island Equestrian" will enter the register of investment projects of Irkutsk. This decision was made at the meeting of the Commission on Investment Activities at the mayor of the city, the press service of the city administration reports.
According to the initiator of the project, the formation of platforms for outdoor activities and entertainment is provided in the area of the existing ferris wheel. At the entrance to the park it is planned to arrange an arrangement of a bridge, an art gallery, a wooden embankment around the island, scenes and sites for cultural events, trading zones and Fudcourts. In terms of installing new attractions, the project is provided by the American slide, the free fall tower, an artificial coating rink. The term of the first stage is 2022, the total investment is about 300 million rubles.
- The inclusion of the project in the registry is a confirmation of the fact of its relevance for Irkutsk. The city administration will work the possibility of implementing this investment project in the proposed territory, and will also consider other platforms, which from the point of view of urban planning and land laws can be acceptable. The existing needs of all regions of the city will be taken into account, the Deputy Mayor explained - Chairman of the Committee on Municipal Property Management Sergey Kladov.
In addition, the Commission reviewed the concept of investment projects on the development of public spaces in Irkutsk - arrangement of the park of technical sports, construction of fields for mini-football, other sports, entertainment and recreational territories.
- Today it is important to form a unified approach to the implementation of investment projects in Irkutsk. During the month, profile committees of the city administration will analyze all projects presented at the Commission, whether their implementation is admissible in the proposed territories, taking into account the norms of the current town planning documentation, explained the vice-mayor of Irkutsk Dmitry Khugovnikov. - Spatial development of Irkutsk, the creation of new points of attraction for citizens and guests of the regional center - key directions of our activity. And we are interested in the proposed investment projects to be implemented in our city.
