The ideologists and co-founders of the project Ravil Shayyydarov and Ekaterina Potashov regarded the realities of 2020 as Challenge and decided to completely convert Flute, turning the "flying dutchman" into one of the most ambitious and large-scale restaurant projects.
In 2021, the ship will become a modern multi-format gastronomic project: on the territory of more than 3000 m2, a whole ecosystem of four restaurants with different concepts and kitchens, a panoramic bar, a separate banquet room and a large children's room will be located. On January 21, 2021, a two-storey restaurant "River" opened on the "Futher Dutch", where guests are waiting for a cruise to the favorite tastes of the gifts of the seas and rivers.
The exterior of the ship will remain unchanged - this is an exact copy of the three-matte sailboat, a shopping ship of the XVIII century. The "Flying Dutchman" is proud of a unique location in the historic center of St. Petersburg: with decks are opening exciting views of the Hermitage, Petropavlovsk fortress, the arrow of the Vasilyevsky Islands, the departmental bridges, St. Isaac Cathedral and Neva. A table at the panoramic window is an ideal place for a romantic dinner. One of the main trumps is a species terrace on Pontion, as well as several terraces on the upper deck: the appearance of the Arrow of the Vasilyevsky Island is a list of UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can go to the ship not only from the embankment, but also from the river - here is equipped with your own pier for river boats and yachts.

The restaurant's aquarium contains marine inhabitants from all over the planet: marine hedgehogs from Barents and White Seas; Hasanskaya and imperial oysters from the Japanese Sea and the Bay of Peter the Great; Wongol from the Okhotsk and the Japanese seas; Scallop from Murmansk.
