However, local authorities still decided to build a territory next to the goat park.
In order to clarify the situation of "Vladimir News", they turned to the head of the Public Relations and Media of the city administration of Vladimir Alexander Karpilovich.
According to him, the land plot on which green plantings are now, in principle, it is not built up. No one can give such permission. Also at the disposal of the editorial office there is visualization with the definition of the borders of all possessions, incl. Future buildings.
- The goat area does not have the status of the park. That is, official documents confirming the organization of the park zone are absent. And the so-called Koziy Park itself is located on the territory of Vladimir State University.
The most important thing is nothing but dendrosis. As far as I know, on this site, practical classes of Biofak students and sports training are being held. According to the Director General and Regulations for land use of the development of the municipality of the city of Vladimir (these are official documents), the land plot with the cadastral number 33: 22: 011098: 1026 (see photo above) belongs to the zone of green overall use, the so-called zone P1. Accordingly, neither the development of speech can not be by definition.
