Astana. February 17. KazTAG - Rules for using part of pensions for treatment approved in Kazakhstan, the press service of the Ministry of Health reports.
"The use of one-time pension payments for treatment will allow citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to further obtain medical services that are not covered by the guaranteed amount of free medical care and (or) system of compulsory social health insurance," reported in the Ministry of Health on Wednesday.
The list of medical services paid at the expense of one-time pension payments included:
- treatment of orphan diseases, including their medicinal provision, as well as diagnostic studies to determine the tactics of treatment;
- dental services provided in medical organizations located in the Republic of Kazakhstan (dental prosthetics, implantation);
- reconstructive and rehabilitation operations (plastic) in order to correct postoperative scars and congenital defects, also after a mastectomy conducted;
- radionuclide and radio pooderates;
- radiosurgical treatment (gamma knife, cybis);
- proton therapy;
- Ophthalmological services (crosslinking of corneal collagen, laser vision correction).
As noted in the Ministry of Health, this list of medical services, taking into account the needs of the population, can be revised.
"To use one-time pension payments to the applicant's treatment, it is necessary to obtain independently from ENPF (a single accumulative pension fund - KazTAG) information on the available amount of one-time pension payments, including through the ENPF Internet resource. Then to appeal to the medical and advisory commission of Polyclinics at the place of attachment to obtain a conclusion on the direction of treatment at the expense of one-time pension payments in accordance with the above list with the application of a copy of the document certifying the person and the conclusion of the profile specialist, "the report said.
The medical and advisory commission decides no later than five working days from the date of appeal to the citizen.
"After receiving the conclusion, the applicant must choose a medical organization, including foreign (with the exception of dental services), concludes an agreement on the provision of medical services with a further attachment of the scanned version of the contract and the conclusion of the medical commission in his personal account on the Internet resource of the authorized operator (" Baby Bank "). The authorized operator (" Bales Bank "), in accordance with the compliance with the recipient of documents to the target appointment of one-time pension payments, within five working days from the date of receipt of documents from the recipient, lists the one-time pension payments for their intended purpose," clarified in the department .
Recall, on September 1, President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Zhomart Tokayev, speaking with a message to the people, announced that in 2021 700 thousand depositors of ENPF will be able to use part of their accumulations for the purchase of housing, treatment or transfer to management companies. On December 23, the package of relevant amendments was approved in parliament and transferred to the signature to the President. On January 2, Tokayev signed the corresponding law on the withdrawal of part of pensions.
