It is noted that during the pre-trial investigation, the remaining defendants cooperated with the investigation, actively contributed to the disclosure of the crime, explicit other participants, including the leading role of the organizer of the criminal group of Jamaneev. Depending on the degree of participation, they are appointed various sentences from five to 10 years of imprisonment.

According to the court, in 2019, Jamaneyev and his accomplices forced the director of one of the LLP to arrange a series-head partner and pay him 10% of income, and subsequently, by extortion, he selected T33 million from extortion.
In 2008, Jamaneyev handed the victim B. for the content of three horses in herd. Subsequently, Jamaneyev was convicted of imprisonment for a long time. "The defendant Jamaneyev did not recognize the guilt completely, and the remaining participants in the criminal group at the court session gave confessions," the report says.
