As a rule, they are located in a lowland, and to avoid flooding, here first it is necessary to remove and export snow in a timely manner. In Novosibirsk, a plan for anti-aircraft events has been developed, and we follow its execution. According to the head of the administration of the Central District of Sergey Kanunnikov, 18 receiving territories are defined in the district where there is a danger of flooding. In total, Novosibirsk has 195 houses and 40 seats on the street-road network, which can be flooded with thawed waters. Prior to the start of active melting of snow, 35 trunk storm collectors should be prepared, 10 manguards of small river collectors and about 1 thousand wells.
Today, it is cleared of snow 3,699 Roofing houses, which is 98% of the planned volume. 5740 local areas (68%) were removed, while 382 units of snow removal equipment and 2645 janitors were involved.
Since the beginning of the winter period of 2020-2021, more than 1.5 million cubic meters of snow were taken out of 1.5 million cubic meters of snow. More than 5 thousand cubic meters are exported daily, more than 400 units of equipment are involved.
