In Article 20.2, Administrative Code (about violation of the order of the organization or conducting rallies), additional paragraphs 9 and 10 appeared. Paragraph 10 assumes that for the transfer of money to the mass campaign by a person who has no rights (for example, a foreign agent), a fine in the amount of from 10,000 to 15,000 rubles is introduced. (from 15,000 to 30 000 rubles. - for officials, from 50,000 to 100,000 rubles. - For Jurlitz). It is clarified that the fines are threatened for the listing not only money, but also of "other property".

The changes affected and Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code (about the disobedience of law enforcement officers). The maximum punishment on it remains the same - 15 days of administrative arrest. At the same time, fines for disobedience are incredible - from 500-1000 rubles. up to 2000-4000 rubles. - And the ability to assign mandatory work for a period of 40 to 120 hours is added. Penalties for re-disobedience to police officers, FSB or state bors on rallies will grow from 5,000 to 10,000-20,000 rubles. Maximum punishment, as before, is 30 days of arrest.

Putin also approved the fines for the dissemination of information about foreign agents and materials created by them without specifying their status. Penalties for citizens will be from 2000 to 2500 rubles, for officials - from 4,000 to 5,000 rubles, for legal entities - from 40,000 to 50,000 rubles. There are also fines for the ina groups themselves, which distribute materials without the corresponding marking. For physicals - fines from 50,000 to 100,000 rubles, for officials - from 100,000 to 300,000 rubles. Fines in the amount of 5000 rubles. Provided for NGO-INogenments, if they publish materials "when implementing political activities" without labeling.
