The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation expressed an attempt to introduce sanctions due to the detention of Navalny categorically: the countries of the European Union should be remembered for the provisions of international law and not interfere with the internal policy of the Russian Federation, which in this case does not contradict international standards.

Tomashe Petrshchek considers such a state of affairs unacceptable: he is convinced that the case of Navalny, including his detention, was completely politically motivated.
Petrshichkov made a statement in support of Navalny and intends to agree on the appointment of Russian sanctions for their own citizens at the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the European Union.

The FSIN RF argues that Alexey Navalnye maliciously violated the regime of conditional detention, and therefore, by the decision of the court, more stringent punishment measures will be adopted.
