With paid parking lots, it turned out - an experiment in the city hall, despite all the dissatisfaction of Muscovites, recognized successful.

According to Izvestia, the project for the introduction of fees for road movement was developed as part of a strategy for the development of the transport system of the Moscow region. He is planned to be approved in the first quarter of this year.

According to the document, in Moscow and the region it is planned to introduce the E-Road Pricing system. You will have to pay for each kilometer (payment will be non-contact), the different parameters will be taken into account: the type of vehicle, the category of the road section, time and place of the trip. There is also the possibility of free passage: they want to introduce both for certain categories of citizens and for all, but at certain time intervals.

The authors of the project (ANO "Directorate of the Moscow Transport Knot") argue that for the development of the road network, additional sources of financing are needed, and the new system will help with the redistribution of traffic and will encourage motorists to transfer public transport.

The Ministry of Transport emphasizes that the introduction of a paid passage is the prospect of remote. According to the document, the pilot project on several tracks can be launched by 2025, later they are planning to introduce E-Road Pricing on all new roads, and after 2030 - on all the main roads of Moscow and Moscow region.

Of course, drivers were alerted from such news. Some notes that public transport with a personal car at the current level can not be removed (although it has been very active lately), others recall that transport tax, the excise tax on gasoline.

"What about developers in heads? They are not aware that public transport routes, including train, are reduced throughout the country? What alternatives to the personal car for many in the Moscow region there will be no and will not? What do people go to Moscow to work even from Tver, silently about the small towns of Moscow region? " - The Vice-President of the National Automobile Union Anton Schaparin is crushing, which quotes REGNUM.

The proposed system, notes "Izvestia", is very similar to the current in Singapore, where for travel on the roads began to pay back in 1975. First, paper licenses have introduced paper licenses to travel to the city center there, but in 1998 they changed their contactless system of Electronic Road Pricing (ERP), according to which the payment was written off using transponders installed on the roads. You can also recall a paid entrance to the center of London, which mainly works with the help of automatic recognition of car numbers.
