More distant southern quarters of Kudrovo are already built up, and the local objects ran out.

The 2020 rating contains two long-playing projects that can be called old-timers. They were still in the 2015 rating. This is "New Okkerville" in Kudrovo and Veda Village in the dowel. For the first time, six more projects appeared in the 2018 rating and remained relevant until now. Well, finally, two residential complexes are absolute beginners. This is the "ID Kudrovo" and "Zanevsky County". The reduction in new participants four times in comparison 2018 is clearly demonstrating the trend of exhaustion of existing development sites. To date, many large Petersburg developers have already completed their projects in Kudrovo (and they did not come to the bore at all). The only developer twice submitted in the current ranking is the company "Investorg". Its objects are "geometry" (Kudrovo) and "European Park". From those present in the rating of well-known developers, you can allocate those who work in Kudrovo: "Construction Trust", "CDS", "Department". The rest of the company either recently in the market (for example, Euroinvest Development), or have a low assessment in the Rating of St. Petersburg Developers (MDS Development, Veda House, Patriot-Neva, etc.).

Among the presented new buildings there are no complexes of apartments. Only residential buildings. Moreover, they are very clearly divided into high-rise. In the dowel exclusively low-rise projects: the four-story Veda Village, the three-story "quiet city" and "Zanevsky County". In Kudrovo, there are even houses of the middle floor. The minimum height is 8 floors and only in some housings of the LCD "New Okkervil". But in Kudrovo from seven projects in five there are cases over 20 floors. The same "New Okkerville" reaches 25, and above all 27-storey LCD "Architect".
