  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Raisins - 100 gr.
  • Vanillin - 1 pinch
  • Fill:
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • thick sour cream - 3 tbsp.
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp.

Cooking method:

1. Pour yogurt in a bowl, pour salt, sugar, add eggs and baking powder, beat up to homogeneity.

2. Pour flour into the dough, stir carefully.

Give the test to stand 10 - 15 minutes.

Then pour vegetable oil, mix.

If the dough is thick, then pour a bit of warm boiled water.

3. Heat the pan.

Before baking pancakes, lubricate with a small amount of vegetable oil or a piece of sala.

Pour a little dough into the pan.

Fast movements to distribute it in a frying pan.

Fail the pancake on one side to a ruddy state, then flip and fry on the other side.

Bake all pancakes.

It turned out 10 pcs. diameter 23 cm.

4. Wash raisins for filling, pour boiling water for 5 minutes.

Water drain, raisins to dry out a paper towel.

5. Cottage cheese with egg, vanilla, sugar.
