The discussion began with the fact that the Communist Nikolai Bondarenko told how he witnessed the pressure provided by the members of the Commission on minors for participating in the protest. The chairman of the commission Angelica Potapov denied all.
"No inflection towards children is never allowed, especially since they are present with their legal representatives. ... The purpose of the Commission is not to configure minors in certain political beliefs. The goal is to bring up respect for the law. To any law. ... Commission members are tuned to minors at least loyally. Where possible, punishment is replaced by educational measures. With unauthorized rallies there is a practice of termination, "she reported.
"It's funny when the head of the department says that the Commission is simply to comply with the law.
