The new residential complex in the style of modernism will appear in the area of Marina Grove. This was reported by the press service of Moskomarchitectures.
Moskomarchitecture agreed by the design of the MOD residential complex on the 4th street. Marina Grove: It will consist of five residential buildings of medium and high floors, an educational center and a sales office, which is then construed into a restaurant.
According to the chief architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov, the residential part of the complex will consist of three high-altitude towers and two club houses of the middle floor. High glass floors towers will take penthouses. The towers will be built concise, and houses will have a complex volume and facades from aluminum anodized under gold and bronze.
It is specified that the floors modules change the angle of rotation depending on the species characteristics: if the windows of the complex are visible from the windows of the lower floors, then a more panoramic view opens from the top.
As the architect and co-founder of the Kleinwelt Architekten bureau, Sergey Pererestek, the design of the project was the game of contrasting solutions. On the one hand, it is a rigor and simplicity of lines, purity of proportions. On the other hand, bright intrinsings that create an additional mood.
Developer - Managing Partner MR Group Alexey Godovanese, explained that the concept of the project is based on the principles of modernism: functionality, deep content, innovation and accurate reflection of the spirit of time.
Following these principles is encrypted in the name of the LCD and in the names selected for each of the buildings. High-rise buildings mod.m, mod.d and mod.k are named after Thomas Mann's modernist writers, Teodore Drier and Albert Cami, are the first towers in Moscow with facades from natural stone. Nine-story club houses mod.s and mod.r are named after the writers of Gertruda Stein and Ain Rand, their gold and bronze facades are made of anodized aluminum.
LCD MOD is erected at: 4th ul. Marina grove, ll. 12/1. Five bottled buildings united underground parking, together with the sales office, will be built primarily, a building for a kindergarten and educational center will be erected in the second stage.
