At the beginning of this year, Vladimir Putin was entrusted to the Government to work on the laws on telemedicine. So, among the presidential instructions there is one concerning the development of telemedicine in our country. The head of state gave the task of the Government of the Russian Federation on July 1, 2021 to develop, approve and adopt the necessary amendments to the laws that regulate the telemedicine direction in Russian health care.

Changes in legislation should touch the following areas:

  1. Applications of telemedicine technologies.
  2. Expansion of the list of certificates issued by honeycomb and the Bureau of Medservacexpertiza in electronic form.

In the Kirov region there is an active development of telemedicine technologies. Remote medical advice becomes available to district hospitals in the region.
