At the beginning of this year, Vladimir Putin was entrusted to the Government to work on the laws on telemedicine. After a press conference of the president, many instructions of the head of state were recorded to various departments. The official website of the Kremlin can be found in the list of these orders. So, among the presidential instructions there is one concerning the development of telemedicine in our country. The head of state gave the task of the Government of the Russian Federation on July 1, 2021 to develop, approve and adopt the necessary amendments to the laws that regulate the telemedicine direction in Russian health care.
